Please sign up for coaching once you are ready to begin. Unfortunately, I cannot hold a spot for you as the demand for coaching is high and I work with a limited number of clients at a time.
My coaching philosophy follows a flexible dieting approach. I usually provide my clients with macronutrient targets and assist them in tracking to meet these goals. In my experience, this is the most efficient and optimal way to achieve your best physique possible. However, not everyone needs to count macros and calories. I have clients for whom we apply non-tracking methods instead of the more strict calorie and macro counting, and it also works very well.
Yes. I use a mobile app as the primary system you will use throughout your coaching. It delivers your training and nutrition programs, monitors your progress,
tracks your nutrition and allows your coach to check in with you from time to time.
You will receive instructions to download this app from the App Store or Goole Play once you sign-up.
You will check in with me weekly in the app via a check-i n form. You will be required to respond to a series of questions before your check-in deadline. By completing a progress tracker, I will review key biometrics such as sleep duration, sleep quality, stress, exercise progression, body metrics (weight, photos, etc.), along with several other important health markers daily.
Additionally, you have the option to submit videos of your lifts for feedback on your form and technique.
Following your submission, you will receive a video reply from me discussing the best strategy for you going forward.

Yes, I have over 5 years of experience in competitive bodybuilding, during which I have extensively tested various approaches to achieve the best physique for the stage.
To provide you with the best possible results, you need a gym membership or access to home gym equpment that includes a barbell, weight plates, a variety of dumbbells (an adjustable bench, squat rack if possible) and resistance bands.
I can’t accept you as a client until you are fully recovered or have your doctor’s clearance to perform physical activity and follow our nutritional protocols.

Women should be encouraged to maintain a healthy balanced diet and engage in regular physical activity before, during, and after pregnancy. It's important to consult with your GP first to ensure it's safe for you to participate in these activities, and continuous supervision is required. If you receive permission to engage in the above, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
If you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or are struggling with disordered eating, we strongly suggest you seek the advice of a professional. Please prioritize taking care of yourself.
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can choose to pay for your coaching package upfront (and save) or you may choose to pay monthly with automatic charges to your debit or credit card.
The minimum commitment is 3 months from a financial standpoint. However, for maximum results, I encourage you to work with me for a minimum of 24 weeks to optimize your physique. You can choose to bundle 12, 16, or 24 weeks at a discounted rate and save!
During the initial consultation, we'll discuss how I can help you and determine the best time for you to start. I'm able to deliver everything you need to begin your journey with me within a week after our consultation.
If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from engaging in coaching, you may contact me to pause your coaching, with 1-week notice required in writing. I highly recommend planning your coaching for an uninterrupted 12- or 24-week term.
